Well I have here a lovely 1954 Tupperware cake storer (I think). It was made by the Tupper Corporation, Farnumsville, Mass USA. It was produced as part of the 'millionaire line' and I would love it if any of you could enlighten me more about this range. It is a great size and has a picture of a seal with the words tupper seal 224-2 on top. Though it has discoloured with age, the seal still works and it is great for keeping my cakes moist.
I made this 'sorry' cake for my two beau boys- sorry as in I was an angry mum to the boys on Tuesday. It was one of those days and I wasn't feelin great. Well anyway I said sorry and asked the boys to forgive me & 'you have to say sorry to jesus too' pipes up beau boy no. 2!
The cake shape was made by using the red silicone form flower shape we sell. The baking range is great and easy to use. As well as the microwave, you can put the silicones in the oven which is great for me as I love baking and having the delicious smell fill the kitchen!
What do you use to store your cakes in?
I went to a tupperware party a few years ago and was given a free thermometer for the fridge. When we used it, my fridge was way out, and we had to get a new fridge the next day. That was the most expensive tupperware party I ever went to!!!

I store my cakes in a tin by Emma Bridgewater http://www.emmabridgewater.co.uk/. Your blog is fascinating. I remember my Mum having a tupperware party in the early 1970's.
